« Je ne recommande pas de réserver chez eux sont des personnes sans parole nous leur avons dit que nous avons le check-out à 4h30 du matin, ils devaient venir vérifier la chambre mais ils ne se sont jamais présentés,ils ne nous ont même pas remboursé l’acompte que nous avons fait, ils nous ont dit qu’ils font le virement mais jusqu’à aujourd’hui nous n’avons rien reçu »

We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. « For that price, everything should have been better. The towels were old, thin, and unpleasant. There were visible marks on the ceiling as if the upstairs neighbors had flooded the apartment — the surface material was bubbling and uneven. The area next to the elevators constantly smelled like trash. There was a large trash bag left there, and we saw it every single day during our stay. The check in process wasn’t smooth, as none of the apartments which we booked was ready on time. »
