« Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. »

« Very nice well kept tiny house. We felt very comfortable and slept great. It had a great little deck overlooking a pond. Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it. Also, be aware the cell service was limited. We have ATT and were not able to use cellular. The house does however provide wifi with internet so one can utilize that for texting and wifi calling. « This was a last minute stay based on cleanliness, value and the location being relatively close to Jefferson. It had the basics you'd expect, although the kitchen was somewhat sparsely supplied. In addition to meeting our needs for a one-night value stay, it also allowed us to enjoy nature and see deer feeding in the backyard around both sunset and sunrise. We also went walking along a well-maintained trail in the woods behind the house. »
