« We needed a place to stay on our U-Haul trip across the South, and man were we surprised -everything was topnotch - friendly owners to greet you, beautiful common areas, and a large, spacious suite to sleep in. Unfortunately we had an early take-off, thus missing the 9 a.m. full breakfast, but the owner made special scones and had coffee-to-go for us. We'd love to return for a long weekend to enjoy this beautiful historical home again and the adorable town of Jefferson. »

« Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. »

« It was myself and 2 of my elementary school friends! We made an escape from our lives for a night before my nephew’s fishing tournament on Lake O the Pines (a beautiful lake everyone needs to visit!) The house was small and perfect! We couldn’t do any star gazing because of the over cast but we did enjoy the outdoor area! Downtown Jefferson is an amazing place to visit as well! We are already planning a full weekend since this visit was only one night!! »
