« We spent a week in Gunnison leading up to Western Colorado’s graduation. We were able to easily walk around town, and visit the university. Plenty of cookware to make meals. Very clean . Easy no key locks(love that) Off street parking. Lovely decor that matched the overall Victorian house. As an historian really enjoyed the map of historic Gunnison. »

« Decent property but it was an overall crowded weekend and hot tubs were too full. The cafe staff is rude but the ski valet, Ignacio was wonderful. Rooms need cream and sugar for coffee station. Good TV choices since we stayed in at night. Beds VERY comfy. »

« This is great location to stay when skiing at Created Butte. The property management was very responsive and I really appreciate the quick response. We would defiantly stay here again. I might suggest a few more plates and bowls so we didn’t have to fun dishwasher 2 times a day. »

« This condo was as described. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the board games that are in the unit. The condo is relatively close to the lift and for the most part the walk is flat, slightly uphill on the way back from the slopes. Cons: The walls are extremely thin. We could hear every step the people in the unit above took as well as their conversations. Thankfully they were not partying at night and there were no issues with the noise during sleep hours.
