« Last minute stay and Austin made accommodations for us. Wonderful area, the house is perfect and Austin provides everything you need. We had a dog with us and this house comes with a fenced yard, a rare find. This is how you do short term rentals. Austin’s place is the answer to whatever your question is »

« My 3 children and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property for 3 nights. It was clean and comfortable. We cooked most meals at the property and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Walmart was 3 minutes away for groceries. The air conditioning was great to have as the temperatures were in the 90's during our stay. It was also very nice having access to a washer and dryer. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy. It was about a 30 minute drive to most places we visited...

« It was great place, welcoming, comfortable. I liked everything about the place. My favorite part has to be the patio since that’s where we’d sit every night. I’d definitely come back to the place if I come back to Colorado »

« The view from this condo was absolutely stunning! It would be difficult to beat. That being said, there were a few issues. Although it was an abnormally hot weekend, the host did not reply quickly when I reached out to let them know that the condo wasn't very cool. The condo also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke which I believe was due to the neighbors. I understand that that is out of their control, but my friend is allergic and therefore uncomfortable for her stay. While I very much enjoyed...

« Our impression is that the property is a work in progress and needs some additional improvements to be considered excellent. Current pluses include: New appliances, new kitchen flooring, plenty of dishes, silverware, cookware, linens, paper products and cleaning supplies. As well, new cooling units are located throughout to provide a comfortable temperature for the various rooms. The unit is located near lots of shopping and restaurants, both upscale and otherwise.Current aspects that are merely...
