During our stay, the sump pump failed, resulting in some minor flooding in the basement. The host was in constant contact throughout the process, acted promptly and brought in professionals within minutes of becoming aware of the problem, and worked with us seamlessly when we found out that it would take several days of repairs to restore the property and facilitated us moving...

« lovely place to get away from the city or stop along a roadtrip. we were driving from DC to Chicago and wanted a little stop along the way and it was perfect for that! the host was very nice and accommodating. if we ever make the same drive, I’d love to stop by again. just a heads up, the pool is still a bit cold, but I’m sure it’ll warm up as it heads deeper into the summer. I was a bit disappointed, but it was still nice to dip our feet in and watch the birds! »
