Access to the whole property is available to guests. Guests will receive a code to enter the property via a smart lock on the day of check-in.
There is a locked owner’s closet located in the basement. Please do not try to access it during your stay. No garage access.
Other Things to Note
Driveway parking is available for up to 2-3 vehicles. You access it off the alley to the north of the house. Not suitable for big vehicles . There is street parking in front of the house as well. Please do not park in the grass.

Each of the three bedrooms is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The primary suite features a plush King-sized Purple mattress for a rejuvenating sleep. The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen-sized Purple mattress, while the third boasts another spacious King-sized Purple mattress. All beds are dressed in luxurious Quince bedding, ensuring a restful and indulgent stay.

Base rate includes 6 guests. Maximum occupancy is 8. Guests 7 or 8 require approval and carry a $30/person/night for the entire stay.

Peaceful environment: To keep the home comfortable for all, parties, smoking, and vaping are not allowed. Monitors are in place to help us protect the space and respect neighborhood quiet hours. Parties strictly prohibited; violators face eviction, a $1000 fine, and additional fees. Indoor smoking fined $500 + ozone remediation cost; lost revenue may apply.
Prior to your stay, we require you to sign and agree to our rental conditions prior to checking in.
Flexibility: Early check-in (2pm) or late checkout (12pm) may be available for $50 each-just ask!
Same-Day Check-In: Same-day bookings do not automatically have a 6:00 PM check-in. If there is a same-day turnover, we may need until 6:00 PM to complete cleaning, laundry, and our final readiness check. If there is no same-day turnover and the home is already ready, the standard 4:00 PM check-in may be confirmed.
Unauthorized Pet: $450 per pet + damages
Quiet Hours: 10 PM-8 AM; failure to comply results in a one-night fine.
Liability & Insurance: Guests liable for damages; personal belongings insurance advised.
Service Animals: ADA service animals must adhere to guidelines; misrepresentation results in eviction.
