« House was great, plenty of of room and clean. Neighborhood seems a little off, but everyone was very nice. Overall a great stay! »

« Arrival was delayed by a day and we notified host. Unfortunately, when we did arrive, we had to check out immediately. The ripped fitted sheet on the bed and the hole in the carpet looked very much like something had been gnawing at them. Cell phone service wasn't available inside. Hideous stains on lampshade and plug was bent, making it impossible to plug in. WiFi instructions on fridge didn't work. Host refused to provide any refund so we lost 1,250 for a week's stay we weren't able to use,...

« Great home for my family and and I to stay and visit the city, the fact it had its own drive way was fantastic. Corey, the person who manages the property, was super helpful and easy to get a hold of. Responded almost within minutes if I had questions. »

« The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. The broiler drawer of the stove was filthy and unusable. The toilet base was moldy, and behind most doors were months of neglected dust. The small tan loveseat in the living room was so stained that we did not sit on it. Pictures were sent to the host who offered to send in a cleaning crew during our stay but refused to make a price adjustment for the dirty apartment that we found. Aside from these issues, a current exterior picture is needed...

« The neighborhood is soooo loud. I had to call the cops two nights in a row. I understand they can not control the neighborhood but if you need a quiet night this is not your place. I had to reach out to the property to get enough towels for the weekend and also request a remote for the tv. They brought both the next day but the remote did not work. They said they would bring batteries but that never happened. The fridge did not work and ruined the groceries I ordered. The silverware was dirty...

« this is a perfect spot from which to view beautiful Pittsburgh! My family and I were coming in to pick up a kid from camp and catch a Pirates game- its wicked close to the very cool Incline, and then you can catch to T to almost anywhere in the city. The house is very 'Burgh: cozy, lofty, and leafy! The hosts are amazing and it was all very easy and straightforward. A great spot we will return to! »
