« La chambre avec vue sur le tower bridge est exceptionnelle. Bien sûr, la salle de bain aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement mais cela n’enlève en rien les prestations de ce superbe hôtel. L’équipe de ménage en chambre, l’équipe de réception et bagagerie sont disponibles et aux petits soins. Ernel au petit déjeuner est un rayon de soleil! Deuxième fois que je visite cet hôtel et c’est un plaisir. Le métro est à 1 minute à pied et dessert le centre-ville »

« Wonderful stay. The hotel is magnificent, from the reception to the gym, the swimming pool and finally the rooms, nothing to say, it's perfect. A big thank you to the whole team for their welcome and kindness throughout our first stay in London. « The host took days to respond to messages as a result I could not get access to the property for 3 hours after checkin time.The central heating in the lounge leaks causing the whole floor to be soaking wet. It was only because I was emptying buckets of water that this was addressed despite the host being notified. « Nous avons aimé la chambre et le petit déjeuner cependant notre séjour a été décevant. Le personnel à l’accueil n’était pas très aimable. Le jour de noël la piscine était bondé de monde et l’accès nous a donc été refusé (peut être qu’un système de réservation ce jour là aurait été nécessaire).
