« Wonderful stay. The hotel is magnificent, from the reception to the gym, the swimming pool and finally the rooms, nothing to say, it's perfect. A big thank you to the whole team for their welcome and kindness throughout our first stay in London. Special mention to Sahel, Dalo, Niko and Mohamed (sorry if I've spelt some names wrong 😅, but the sentiment is there) for their kindness and for responding to all our requests. « The host took days to respond to messages as a result I could not get access to the property for 3 hours after checkin time.The central heating in the lounge leaks causing the whole floor to be soaking wet. It was only because I was emptying buckets of water that this was addressed despite the host being notified.
