I just don’t understand why Vrbo has to charge a security deposit for two and a half months before the start of the trip and two weeks after. It’s a good value otherwise, considering that Virgin Islands in general are so much more expensive since last time I visited in 2001😊, comparing even to NYC. »

« The location of the condo is perfect! Sapphire beach is in walking distance, Sudi’s restaurant & bar is great for late night snacks & great coffee shop/beach bar! Condo is beautiful & very comfortable bed & couch! Host was amazing! Location was only a 2 min cab ride to red hook coffee, food & St. John ferry 2( min to downtown! »

« John got back to me on any questions that we had. It was great to rent from him.Suggestions I would have would be to invest in a new toaster and noodles for swimming. The electric was a little sketchy. Not a problem for us but would hate to see it start a fire. »

« Communication from the start was excellent. Owners even went out of their way to get us information about gluten free options for my daughter. The rental was clean and exactly as described upon arrival. The view is beautiful and the property was fantastic. The pool is just steps from the porch. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and listening to the ocean in the evenings. You can also sit inside the unit and hear the waves crashing. Heavenly!! Definitely loved the breakfast cafe! Though we did not...
