« The room was great, the staff was pleasant, Activities were nice, but I didn't like the fact that there was only one winner per round of bingo even if 2 people called bingo at the same time just didn't seem fair to the participates. The elderly woman was told she couldn't get a prize because the woman at the bar called bingo LOUDER!!! »

« I love the privacy we had with room and balcony. There is no smoking of any kind on property, but they do have a designated area. Not too many activities unless you travel over to st John's but the stay was great! »

« Comfortable clean room. Nice to sit on the beach a two minute walk from your room. Power on the island was spotty but room was never out for more than a few seconds. One night our neighbors were loud and we could hear them pretty clearly when things got lively but they were fine and got quiet before it was too late, I could see that being and issue if you had bad neighbors but that could happen anywhere so still 5 stars. »

The facilities were clean and well kept, the resort staff were very helpful in giving us tips of how to navigate the island, and our host was very responsive when we had an issue with the a/c not cooling properly. This location is a close ride to the Red Hook ferry, and the snorkeling on the little reef was great! »

« We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay at the Ritz Residences in St. Thomas. Literally every staff member was lovely, the residence’s 3 bedrooms were an ideal setup for our family, the pools, beaches, restaurants, and other amenities were all wonderful. The first vacation in a while where nobody wanted to leave! « 2h30 pour récupérer la clé de la chambre car après 18h il n’y a plus personne à l’office. Heureusement que expédia à un service irréprochable vis à vis du client. Comme il n’y a rien sur le site ou presque, il faut prévoir nourriture et boissons si on arrive tard et surtout le café du matin car au snack bar du site à 2$50 la petite tasse , ça reste vite en travers de la gorge. A part ces petits désagréments, le site et les chambres sont très correctes. »

« Hi I'm will major and I wanted to say I enjoyed my trip to St. Thomas and my stay at the sapphire but one thing I didn't appreciate was treatment from certain staff. « The area was conveniently located close by the ferry. I admire that there is an on-site restaurant along with 2 pools. Definitely gives vacation vibes and it is also conveniently located by the marina and the beach. The host wrote well written instructions and suggestions where I didn't even need to contact him. Everything was smooth. This was an incredible experience! »
