« Great location within walking distance to restaurants and breweries in RiNo. The condo was perfect for our group with a nice living area, comfy beds, and good size bathrooms. The host was great with communication and check-in was a breeze. The parking space in the garage righ next door was really convenient and it was great to have an enclosed space guaranteed. This spot is perfect for anyone exploring RiNo or downtown. »

« Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). « Father/son trip to see an Avalanche game. Perfect location. Close to the arena and downtown. Condo was very clean. I appreciated the basics being included (TP, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, washer machine pods, even coffee!!!). Thank you for all that. In our travels those are often not included with VRBO type rentals. Beds were comfortable, and showers had great water pressure.We would definitely stay here again. »

« Très bien situé cependant le tapis est très vieux, les chambres ont besoin d’être renouvelé. Les meubles , tables et chaises devront être changé. Les divans dans le salon sentait la cigarette. Il y a un grand manque des accessoires de cuisine, et serviettes. La cuisine et salle de bain sont fraîchement rénové et l’emplacement est bien situé. Je ne reprendrais pas cet établissement. »
