Hôtel bien placé mais peu confortable
Hotel bien placé près de St Stephen's green et donc près de tout ce qui est intéressant à faire à Dublin. Mais tout petit, chambre correcte mais literie peu confortable et rue bruyante le soir. Une fois nous sommes rentré et la femme de chambre avait oublié de fermer notre chambre après son passage.
Cher Marine, Nous tenons à vous remercier d'avoir pris le temps de revoir notre hôtel. Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous avez eu quelques perturbations pendant votre séjour avec nous. L'hôtel est en cours de rénovation et votre avis sera pris en considération et les questions mentionnées seront abordées. Hotel bien situé mais à rénover !
Personnel charmant Hotel super bien situé proche tram et rue très commerçante, proche Resto, centre commercial et temple bar Les chambres : literie correcte Salle de bain horrible un coup chaud un coup froid, fuite, humidité odeur ! Fenêtre cassée donc ouverte jour et nuit donc froid et bruit de rue. Demande intervention service technique mais rue à bouger en 3 jours Heureusement le chauffage fonctionnait

Pratique
Hotel idéalement situé, a proximité de restaurants, bars et des lieux à visiter comme Temple Bar et Trinity College. La chambre est plutôt spacieuse, même si la déco est un peu vieillotte avec certains équipements qui ne fonctionnent pas (lampes). Personnel très accueillant. A recommander lorsqu'on cherche à visiter Dublin pour un bon rapport qualité prix.

Bien situé mais pas très propre et vieillissant.
Hôtel bien situé proche de St Stephen Green. L'hôtel est vieillissant, le mobilier n'est pas en très bon état et la chambre n'est pas très propre. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable.

Personnel très sympathique, chambre très agréable, manque peut être le double vitrage aux fenêtres pour éviter le froid et la condensation sur les vitres.

Couci couça...
Le lieu est vraiment bien - le centre, mais côté sud. La réceptionniste était à l'affût quand je lui ai montré les photos que j'ai prises dans la chambre montrant la couverture d'une des lampes au chevet qui était à moitié cassée, les fils d;une lumière (sans lumière) suspendus du plafond, la poignée du placard qui était dans le placard et le robinet de la douche qui manquait la partie 'argentée'. Un petit-déj à menu fixe / prestation déjà choisie par l'hôtel prend moins de place mais a moins de goût. Le parking à moitié prix est indispensable - merci! Le chauffage était parfait.

Excellent emplacement pour profiter de Dublin.
Point fort de l'hôtel sa situation.En centre sud du coeur de Dublin, à 1mn à pied de St stephen's green et des commerces et des animations de Grafton street. 5mn de trinity et temple bar. Bref on est au coeur de la vie Dublinoise Pour les prestations de l'établisement. Chambre propre, rien de clinquant.sobre et agréable. Personnel disponible et charmant. Un gros bémol pour la restauration. Une expérience très décevante pour un diner. Pas recommandé. Mais où l'hotel se situe dans la ville,, il n'y a qu'a faire quelques pas pour trouver son bonheur.

Une remarque en ce qui concerne le site, vous affichez une photo du beau batiment Medical center qui se trouve dans la rue Mercer, presque en face de l'hotel, batiment d'une belle architecture. Il faut mettre la photo de l'hotel, sa façade d'un batiment banal en brique et sans interêt. la réception réduite à sa plus simple expression sans décor et aussi banale que la façade.Tout l'intérêt de cet hotel se résume à sa situation au centre du quartier et des principales rues pietonnes.

The hotel is a bit run down, but clean enough. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, when we arrived on the first day, there was a problem with housekeeping so we were not able to check in right away. Then, when we could check in we were informed that the hotel had no hot water. Hot water did not come until late that evening. Then overnight, the whole hotel lost water completely and it did not come back on for about 16hours. No refunds or reimbursements were offered.

Definitely Recommend!
The desk staff was great - allowing me to keep my luggage in storage before check-in and after check-out, so I wouldn't have to lug it around Dublin. Sarah was amazing, helpful, and followed up on stuff for me and my small dog. Cleaning/accommodations staff was efficient, professional, quick and thorough. Basic amenities, a little behind on updates, but I had everything I needed. Great location, allowed my dog, super clean. Will stay again when I'm in Dublin.

SARAH WE LOVE YOU!! Eva and Guilherme, too. The rooms were bigger than I expected, very clean, loved the bed and the extra pillows was a nice touch! Love that we were greeted with an offer of a hairdryer, if we needed one. Looks like freshly painted, I had a very quiet room in the back and the clip clop of horses on the cobble street just set the mood for our adventure in Ireland. Birds singing out the window and great location to everything....Would book again in an instant. Thanks crew!!!

One night - thankfully the expected nightclub did not impact me. Room was spacious. Overall everything was tired : chipped grubby furniture all over, grubby carpets - generally in need of a good deep clean. But it was cheap given the location...

Lage ist super - alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr zentral. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ordentliche Unterkunft.

Location excellent. Breakfast not included. Bathrooms dated. Shower curtains with mold. No vending machines. Parking charges E20 day. Carpets worn with oil stains
