tres bel hotel mais 5 etoiles c est tres exagéré 3.5 gros max il n y a meme pas d air climatisé dans les chambres. tres propre et excellent petit déjeuner(inclus). pourrais etre un peu moins cher .la belle grande cours arriere aurais besoin d un peu d amour ( la photo de l hotel est prise d la dite grande cours arriere!)

Hôtel au service des clients
Très bon hôtel avec très bonne literie , un personnel très agréable et au service des clients . Notre fille de 13 ans a séjourné gratuitement dans notre chambre . Très bon petit déjeuner copieux et un bon restaurant italien . C'est hôtel est idéal pour visiter Dublin car il est au calme et proche en voiture de Dublin ( 10 min de route )

Property was very nice but not worth the cost. There were limited transportation option, nothing close by to do and the evening we were there , there was a very large party with about 100 kids playing in the back patio and screaming right in front of our room which was on the ground floor so we couldn’t open our windows for fresh air. Somewhat disappointing for the price.

My husband and I spent one night at this hotel before our flight the next day. The staff were very kind and friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable although we both found that the lovely king sized bed was hot to sleep in. We asked about the breakfast and we were given information about it. Later when my husband enquired about the cost, he was told that it was significantly cheaper to pre-pay than to just show up in the morning so we did pre-pay the night before. The hotel and grounds are lovely however we would caution that the hotel has no security and anyone can just walk into the hotel and walk around where the rooms are. Given that we were robbed in Dublin during this trip, we are much more cautious and vigilant now and would suggest that other travellers be careful in and around Dublin when they travel there. ( we were not robbed at this hotel just to be clear).

Beautiful building with lovely grounds, parking was close to hotel and easy access, our room was lovely, but would have been nice to have a view ofcthe gardens, couldn't find tea or coffees in our room, they were kept in a hidden tray under the kettle, no instructions howxto find, fridge didnt work, no bathrobes or complimentry slippers which you would usually get in a superior hotel, 3 little bottles in the bathroom to share, we had to use shower gel as hand soap, because thats all we could find, lovely big bed, very comfortable, but pillows are just flat, we had a choice of 2 menus to choose from, and choice was poor, we ate in the orangery, surroundings were lovely, but needs background music for obedience, staff were to keen to lift plates before you had finished, one young water spilt glass of water over the table and my phone, in his hurry to clear the table, but all in all staff were pleasant.

Excellent Hotel close to Leopardstown racecouse
It was a beautiful hotel and the rooms were so clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent value for money too.

A great place to stay in Dublin! Great service. Highly recommend it! Heater in my room broke down and they were quick to temporarily replace with a portable heater. It would be great if there could be different room service menu for each day.

I made the reservation for a family of three. The father had a heart attach when boarding the aircraft and hence they couldn't come to Dublin. I called the Hotels.com and the Radisson Blue St. Helen's Helen for a gesture to keep the reservation for the future use. But unfortunately there was none. What a heartless traders both of you.
