First of all, thank you for sharing your feedback to us following your stay at the Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional and seamless guest experience and it’s apparent in this case, we fell short. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience these had caused you. We do our best to ensure that our guests’ preferences are respected and granted while availability permit us to do so. Our Director of IT and Security have personally checked the safety box in the room you stayed in and ensured that it is working properly. Moreover, we deeply regret your disappointment about the incident of your room key card that was not working properly. Our technical team have been informed of the said incident so they are used to improve the accommodation experience as a whole. Rest assured that this had been fixed as well to avoid future occurrence. Lastly, that you felt that you were made fun by our reception team was totally unacceptable. Though our passionate ‘Heartists’ are extremely focused on the well-being of our valued guests, I can guarantee you that we do not tolerate this kind of behavior and proper corrective action will be taken as necessary.
I hope that this has not marred your overall impression of our Hotel and Accor in general. Kindly contact me directly should you plan a future visit and I will make sure to reverse your less than satisfactory experience at the Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre.
