My message to the unresponsive general manager during my stay. Mr. Chadha: I’ve stayed at Marriotts globally for 212 nights in 2023, using both the Bonvoy app and third-party sites, drawn by the exceptional service of your Marriott colleagues. However, my experience at the Four Points by Sharjah has been profoundly disappointing, marking my worst Marriott stay. The furniture from the lobby to the room is noticeably stained. Near the cafe, the business center computers are surrounded by biting gnats/insects. Last night, I reached out through the Bonvoy chat, stranded downtown for over an hour, unable to secure an Uber back to the hotel since all Ubers demanded cash. I requested a paid hotel car service, but your staff directed me to call reception, despite being just feet away. I ordered room service roasted buffalo wings, only to receive nearly raw wings floating in a deep bowl of sugary sauce with white rice. When I sought management through your front desk staffer Hossam, he smirked, falsely claiming he was the sole staff member, just before four others emerged from the back office. Marriott’s reputation for safety, professional customer service, cleanliness, and cuisine is why I travel with the brand. It’s disheartening that Four Points Sharjah falls short of these standards. Unfortunately can’t rate below 1 star. My room smelled like cigarettes and industrial strength air freshener, despite asking for a non-smoking room. The air freshener was so harsh I woke up with a sore throat and nasal issues. Was told the room was non-smoking…clearly a lie. And was told I couldn’t switch rooms because they overbooked the hotel…and is this my problem or their? All in all, the manager continued to lie about the room being non-smoking - when it clearly was. This is barely a 1 star hotel.

The worst hotel we ever stayed in. The whole building including the rooms, hallways reeked of smoking. We had a whole wedding party staying there and we had about 6-7 rooms and pretty much everyone had to change rooms because of smoking smells. And even after changing rooms, we had to live with the smell. If I were staying there by myself and was not part of the wedding party, I would have checked out the next day. The area around the building was dirty and congested. Only good thing i would say about this hotel was the staff in the dining area, very polite, courteous and professional.

The frontdesk staff and dinning staff were wonderful and accommodating. I was blessed with an upgraded room. Unfortunately the TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Also twice i up the room sign for making up but Housekeeping didn’t come during the day. My last day they came at 8pm at night. Overall i had a great experience at this property.

Best of the best; I wish I had an option to give them more stars. We stayed in many hotels around the world, from US to Canada, in Europe and east Asia but without any doubt this was one of the greatest experience we have ever had. Clean and neat building, modern room, super friendly staff and great breakfast buffet are all there. If you stay there, you may visit city's historic landmarks, or the blue and date souks which are just around the corner.

Skulle selv bede om det værelse vi havde bestilt - fik bare et alm værelse ved ankomst. Der var ingen stole på balkonen, som iøvrigt var møgbeskidt. Sengen var stor og rigtig god. Morgenmaden var kedelig og det samme hver eneste dag. Desværre lever dette hotel slet ikke op til stjernerne. Personalet i Restuaranten var søde og smilende, de gjorde det rigtig godt.

I chose this hotel because of good reviews but first thing it the rooms smell really bad like if theres a mold smell. Second I was overcharged for breakfast while i had a stay for a week my partner was staying with me and they charged me 110 and when I went to the check in table they said it was only 50. for breakfast. This hotel is no where near good places to visit dont recommend

You can’t park close enough to check in. Confusing guest parking. We had to drive around 3 or 4 times to find the the entrance to the parking. Just a very normal stay and go Our room was left dirty even after we called for cleaning. The only plus was the calm . Absolutely no unwanted noise.

Zuerst war das Hotel von der Regierung gebucht und wir wurden 2 Nächte in einem Nachbarhotel untergebracht - war ok Bei Rückkehr funktionierte die Technik im Zimmer nicht, daher gab es für restlichen Aufenthalt ein Upgrate in einer Suite Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Pool-Landschaft ist völlig ausreichend
