Marvellous Set-up
The two rooms that we booked were excellent 👌 and the staff were very courteous. The breakfast was very good. I am obliged to the hotel management for accepting our request for early check in as our flight was early and we had a baby with us. Will certainly stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean, staff very nice and helpful. The breakfast was superb, so many choices , hot and cold. The shopping Mall with big supermarket in it was a bonus.

Quiet hotel in Production City. Clean, tidy and does the job. Small kitchen in rooms if required (I didn't use it so can't comment on it's use). Convenient to a mall just over the road.

Beautiful hotel! But it’s the staff that makes your stay the very best. From the front desk to the breakfast crew - everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a few problems with covid testing requirements to return to the United States but the front desk solved every one. The location was great for us because it was between the downtown areas and the World Expo. It’s about a $10 taxi ride to downtown area.

No non smoking rooms despite booking
We had booked a non-smoking room for our stay and none was available at all during the 2 weeks we stayed. We talked to the front desk 4 times to see if we could be moved. They kept saying they would look into it and get back to us but nobody ever did despite our multiple complaints. Bed was very comfy. House cleaning was good. But at the end of the day, a non smoker in a smoking room will never be happy. The smell just lingers.

It is a nice hotel. I really liked the rooms. The whole staff was really amazing.

Sehr entgegenkommendes, freundliches Personal! Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb der Dubai-Zentren, aber gerade das hat uns gut gefallen. Trotzdem ist alles einfach zu erreichen, insbesondere wenn man ein Auto hat. Wir kennen viele Hotels, würden aber genau das Elements immer wieder buchen.

Spacious modern studio flats
Every member of staff was fantastic. Could not fault it. Hotel was very clean throughout with parking gym and pool. Rooms were good size and had everything needed. Reception were very helpful. Only criticism I would say is not much selection at breakfast
