Never stay again at this Hotel
I was moved to 3 different room during my stay the first room the phone was not working,the tea cuttle is not connected because no outlet available,the TV is not working,to call the front desk no answer i have to go the front desk to complain,no twels in the bathroom. 2nd room I moved too the bathroom not flushing no extra outlet to connect my phone charger and the bathroom shower not functioning,i have to wait till next day to see amànger ànd shows him what is going since i came and i was moved to the 3rd room. Never go back to this hotel again

Poorly managed . Reception not cooperative. Food bad
The staff was not helpful. Food sevive to room was for selective customers. Wake up call was written on copier sheet and never received wakeup call. Water given out sparingly. Clean towels when the laundry service was done. No new towels every day. Internet kept going going out of service I had to ask room service for cups. Soap supply.limited

Hotellets forfatning var helt forferdelig. Rommet var ikke klart når vi ankom så vi måtte stå og vente i 20 min før vi kom inn. Rommets forfatning og renhold var helt forferdelig, møkkete bad, dårlig luft ingen vindu og fest fra hotellets bar til kl 0400 på natten. Dette holder rett og slett ikke mål. Vi klagde til hotellet, og sa at vi kunne få et rom i en etasje opp. Men det rommet vi fikk var i samme forfatning, noe vi ikke godtok så vi bestilte et annet hotell.

The stay was fine. Not a family place. 24/7 restaurants on either side. Generally old but comfortable. Shower pressure was bad, worn out fittings. A can of coke at the hotel was AED20 which was crazy. Location not too ideal, it takes around 45 mins to reach Marina. They charge for parking but the car is never accessible.

Ac not cooling . Complainted several times. Maintenance team done nothing. Just informed us it will be okay . But nothing happend. Room is good for the price given, but Ac was terrible.

Pleasant surprise
Was a bit scared, considering the terrible reviews all around, but can not comfirm none of the horrible stories. Delmon is normal cheap hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. Is true that in the building is some club, but I was in room (1st floor), where I did not hear nothing. Internet was fast. Can not judge the breakfast, because I had none. Generally: surprise.

Zentral zum Souk
Das Hotel liegt zentral zum Gold und Fischsouk und dem Dubai Creek. Das ist aber auch schon alles. Dezent wird auf den Nachtclub in der Hotelbeschreibung hingewiesen, aber vergessen zu erwähnen, dass bis zum Sonnenaufgang ein Höllenlärm durch das gesamte Hotel geht. Inklusive schreiender " Damen " und lautes Türen schlagen. Cirka 05:00 Uhr morgens wird der Lärm durch die gegenüberliegende Moschee abgelöst. Wir waren zweimal da ( das erste und letzte Mal ) Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. In den 4 Tagen Aufenthalt wurde kein Mal das Bad gereinigt, kein Handtuch gewechselt geschweige denn das Zimmer gereinigt.

Hotelli on syrjäisellä kadulla, missä ei turisteja näy. Ostospaikkoja ei ole lähellä. Hotelliin olisi pitänyt kuulua aamiainen, sitä ei ollut. 3 päivän aikana huonetta ei siivottu kertaakaan, vaikka markkinoidaan jokapäiväisellä siivouksella. Huoneiden äänieristeet on huonot, hotellin parin baarin musiikki kuului huoneisiin aamuviiteen asti, sekä kaikki käytävän puhe. Kylpyhuone oli huonoa hostellitasoa. Samalla hinnalla löytyy varmasti parempiakin hotelleja, en suosittele tätä kenellekään. Ainoa plussa hotellissa oli ilmainen nopea wifi, sekä tehokas ilmastointi. Union-metroasemalle oli noin 1,5km kävelymatka.

da non tornarci,assolutamente deludente.
Visto l'offerta abbiamo pensato di coglierla al volo.Dalle foto non sembrava male, abbiamo pure pensato di prenotare per due amici.Non potete immaginare la brutta figura che abbiamo fatto.La zona in cui si trova è pessima, di Dubai nemmeno l'ombra, pensavo avessero tolto i grattaceli. Sembrava una zona dormitorio molto povera ,e fin qui ci poteva anche andare bene,ma trovarci in un Motel con nightclub e un andirivieni di ragazze a ore è stata la cosa peggiore. sembrava di essere in un locale per scambisti.Ci è dispiaciuto molto per la coppia a cui lo abbiamo consigliato,eravamo un pò imbarazzati ,fortunatamente l'abbiamo buttata sul ridere,ma di certo non ci torneremo.Spero che nelle prossime occasioni controllerete meglio dove mandate la gente e che la mia recensione possa essrvi di aiuto.

Bad hotel close to many places you might like
The hotel was noise the management was poor and confusion. Therefore I didn't like that hotel it was like new experience. I was Dubai more than 20x it was first time for me to feel that I was not save environment.

el internet es muy malo, se debe pedir ticket para poder acceder a internet y suele durar muy poco, habitacion pequeña, el aseo no se ve muy limpio, lo mejor que tiene 5 discotecas cada una mas exclusivas, la zona es de nivel bajo, se mucho currito, no tiene parking, cuando finalizas la estancia no esperes que te soliciten un taxi porque no lo hacen, la comida esta bastante bien.

Plusses: - the room itself was fine. Clean & comfortable. Unobtrusive but efficient aircon. - in the old part of town. Many cheap back street local, Pakistani, Indian, Chinese, Thai eats nearby, cheap. - bus stop right outside. Bus to/from airport Terminal 2, or bus to e.g. Union metro station (3 AED, $0.80), then metro to Terminal 1 or 3 (also 3 AED, using the same "Nol" card -- NO CASH). - 10 min walk to a large mall "Al Ghurair" centre. Not on the scale of Dubai Mall or Mall of the Emirates, but enough. - walking distance (20 - 30 min) to attractions such as the Gold Souk or Spice Souk. Or the bus. Minuses: - staff not terribly helpful or fast. Not rude but more .. inefficient. - the wifi is rubbish. Get a local SIM card for fast internet. I paid 50 AED for 1 GB one week data pack. - on site Pakistan night club is noisy until 3 AM, and then other guests noisy for 30 min after. I'm never early to bed, so it didn't bother me, but be warned...

最悪なホテル。二度といきません。 朝食は無料と書かれていたのに6ドル請求されました。フロントは「有料。文句があるならExpediaに言ってよ」の一点張りで謝罪もサイト訂正依頼の様子もなし。 自分のホテルの広告なんだから、少しは責任と自覚をもってほしい。 他に、夜中うるさい、部屋のコンセントの数が少ない、など散々です。

Filthy hotel in the dumpy part of town
We drove up to the hotel with caution after driving in the neighbourhood. The lobby is dim and creepy. The staff act as if they are surprised to see people in the hotel. The room was absurdly tiny and the bathroom had someones old sandles still in it. The view is of the slums. It's in the slums after all. It is a filthy hotel. The lobby, elevator, halls, and room was dirty, out of date, and quite disgusting.
