Locations de villas d'exception à Downstate New York

« While we received multiple confirmations of our reservation, including the morning we were to check in, the property manager never sent us check in instructions, even after we emailed asking for them. Then, after spending over an hour with multiple calls to VRBO customer service, who also couldn’t get ahold of the property manager, we arrived at the location. There was a 4ft high, 10ft wide heap of garbage in the front yard and looking in through the windows it was apparent the house was under...

« Place was clean and nice neighborhood. But blinds did not close - so had to use towels and blankets for privacy in bathroom. Apart from blinds not going up and down, we were content. »

« What a wonderful, charming house! It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with a big group. We honestly wished we could stay for the whole summer. The pool was delightful, the tennis court provided plenty of fun for our group, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing some fantastic meals together. The only minor issue was that the hot tub didn't seem as clean as it could have been. Fortunately, the weather was so warm that we didn't end up using it anyway, so it didn't impact our...

« This condo fit our needs perfectly. We were a family of 9 adults in NYC to do all the sights and experiences we could in a week. We found this condo clean, nicely finished, roomy, with a large kitchen stocked well and bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. It is about a 15 minute walk to subway in a very safe neighborhood. Grocery store also about 15 minute walk. Bus stop is within a couple blocks of condo. Ying responded promptly to our questions and we had an excellent stay here. Highly...

« This home has an excellent location right on the beach and near the amusement park and other attractions. However, I'm not sure I'd rate this a 5-star property. The house is average and kitchen appliances are very old. The toaster doesn't work. There are bugs (especially ants) everywhere. The bathrooms are old/dated. Additionally, the posting says this sleeps 11. It sleeps 9 at best. We were a group of 10 (6 children, 4 adults), and we barely made it work. There's no way 11 adults would be able...

« This is a fantastic place to gather the whole family together. The kitchen was capable of feeding our large group, with plenty of utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans.So many sleeping options to fit everyone's needs and enough hot water to go around:) I never once waited in line to use the restroom. The pool, though covered during our stay, was definitely calling us to return for another group getaway in the future »
