After paying for a specific room, I was given a completely different one that lacked basic amenities. « Parking was simple. Unfortunately the noise level from traffic was annoying. The suite was spacious and the staff really paid attention to detail. I would stay again and maybe ask for a room away from the main traffic. They don’t provide that continental breakfast and that’s fine. How many dried sausages can one eat? « Staff was rude and told me I can check out when I told her my non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. I was told they don't have another room to give me but parking lot was empty. No free breakfast included as advertised because the person told me it cost to much. Toilet seat broken. No housekeeping making rounds. I had to buy my own toilet tissue and soap for my week stay. Pillow cases dirty. Outside the doorway and grass smell like piss. »
