Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. « The staff was good very helpful. My room was exactly like I wanted it to be nice and clean loved the set up. I liked where the hotel was located at right down the street from Walmart, dollar tree, and multiple restaurants you can choose from. A nice pool and the breakfast was well put together and good. I also loved that check out time was at 12:00. Over all the hotel was a great place to stay and I will be returning in the future. »

« Second time we've stayed at this property. Rooms are very clean, but very sparsely appointed. No hangers in the closet and no drawers, so prepare to li e out of your suitcase. Also, strangely, the room does have a coffee maker, but no coffee cups. Also, we had one bar of soap to use between the shower and the sink. Mattress and pillows were comfortable, bit the aluminum bed frame was so noisy. It popped and cracked everytime we rolled over or got in and out of bed. The free breakfast is...

« We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express because they are pretty predictable. This one was the exception. There were NO cinnamon rolls at b'fast, no milk, and only jelly in a squeezable jar that was communal. Some of the property looked well maintained, while other parts (like hallway rugs) could use some help. Definitely not my favorite. »

« The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the stairs to transport our luggage. We stayed there out of necessity. We had very little options. »

« I loved everything about my stay. Staff were extra nice and friendly. Room was clean, the pool was clean. I even like that they had breakfast for free. Most of all, my son and his friends enjoyed themselves. Definitely will be back. »
