« L'hôtel refuse de me donner une facture au motif que jai réservé via une tierce partie Expedia=hotels.com mais pourtant je paye sur place. Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture. »

« Well maintained landscaping and property inside and out. Friendly staff. Missed breakfast but the dining area was very nicely done. Room was mostly clean. Toilet paper was not restocked and there was dust on some fixtures. Fan in bathroom did not work. Would not recommend staying on floors 1 or two because the ceilings are thin, meaning that you can hear every footstep or other noises from your upstairs neighbors. Headboards were also loose and loud. »

« We had a problem with the sink in the bathroom ,but the lady at the front desk came up and fixed it. we told her she was a great plumber. Everything else was great in the room. »

« Disappointed in the Marriott brand. The TV didn’t work and the front desk was less than helpful since they were preparing for a shift change (her exact words). Shabby, dingy furnishings and carpet in the room. Funky smells throughout the property. Hallway and elevators were hot. The cleanest areas were the front desk/reception, dining room and exterior spaces. We dispute the 8.6 rating on the Expedia website and think it sits more accurately at 7.1 »

« I love the place didn't have any problems the staff was great anything that we needed they was there the only thing that I didn't like just a little predated but but it was definitely clean and I will go back and stay again »
