« We had a great start here. The property was beautiful. My only note to other guests is that the grill is charcoal and we were not aware we needed to bring our own charcoal. It is not available on the island, make sure to bring your own!!! Other than that, everything was fantastic. Beautiful property, and a huge unexpected plus was how close it was to the beach. »

« Gulf coast retreat was a perfect home away from home! The location was fantastic. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. I especially appreciate the clean heated pool, the well-stocked kitchen, the comfortable bed, etc. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Cape coral. »

« They did not have an alarm clock, or any other clock in the room. I complained and asked for one to be delivered, but they never fulfilled that request. Also, when requesting an alarm clock, they said to just use a wake up call, and the wake up call did not come at the promised time. Those two actions together, is unacceptable for a property of this stature. »

« The problem of this hôtel is the noise of the road to the bridge situated just near the room. We can sleep only from midnight to 4 Oclock AM otherwise the noise is terrible. I choose a room with view to the port which was not a good choice. We have not been informed about the noise prior to choose the room. »

« Parents and 5 adult children visiting family. The house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked ie shampoo, hairdryer, hair straightener, iron and kitchen stuff. Hot tub was prefect! Day trip to Sanibel and Captiva and 45 min. to Venice. Sherry was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this house. »

« My husband and i came from VA to spend time near our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren in Port Charlotte. This home was great for our family gatherings. We spent a lot of time in the headed pool. The smaller children enjoyed the swings. The neighborhood was real peaceful and convenient to anything we needed. Our host was very responsive to our requests. We would definitely like to come back here. »

Wonderful staff!

"We had a room on the ground floor close to the gym, it was a little noisy cause we could hear the tv blasting and the machines working. The hotel is clean, rooms comfy and spacious. The breakfast is ok. The staff is however soooo friendly and helpful. Special kudos to Fandhy who checked us in last night, she was super kind and gracious. Lovely lady at the breakfast also helped me to get the pancakes maker working and brought me more hot water for my tea. These people really made our stay awesome! "

"Très bon petit hôtel en bord de mer. Piscine agréable hors saison mais sans doute petite si l'hôtel est plein. La chambre était bien, quelques tâches sur le tissus du fauteuil mais sinon très propre et fonctionnelle. Clim très bruyante (comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels aux USA). La plage est à deux pas. Le personnel est très gentil. Je recommande pour un passage à Venice Beach. Venice est peu animé par contre mais il y a quelques restaurants à moins de 1000m."
