« During my stay of 15 days, no communication from the owner, but all went well for the accommodation. The location is great and the waterview amazing. The weather was snow and rain for 13 days, but I still enjoyed the great scenes being close to the water. The location is 100% perfect! »

« Wonderful location with quick access to the beach. Views from the unit are spectacular. kitchen very well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, bowels etc. Huge windows, lots of light. very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Amazing place with easy beach access. What really made it amazing is the local bunnies that hang out in the backyard. This location has easy access to the surrounding parks and restaurants. Some concerns are the fireplace was not the same as the photo, some of the kitchen utensils are falling apart, the stove and sink were slightly dirty when we arrived, and the bedroom floor was really creaky. We had a great time spending a week here. There are plenty of beds for a family. »

« The location is terrific and for one week it was very enjoyable. If stairs are of concern to guests be aware that there are two flights of open stairs outside to get to unit and underlit. Heavy suitcases may be a consideration. Inside the loft bed has another narrow stairway to navigate. Seating for breakfast bar, couch and table/chairs is limited to two people, this may be of note if you are travelling with a family. It was fine for a couple. « Overall, this apartment was exactly what we expected in terms of layout and location on the beach. However, the blind in the bedroom was broken and could not be utilized. We called the number provided and were told a maintenance person would look at it, but no one ever appeared. We rigged up a garbage bag to block out the morning light.
