"This place was a nightmare from the moment I arrived. The parking lot reeked and had dog poop scattered around. My room stank of dog urine so badly it was hard to breathe. I had an emergency and had to leave after the first night, but there was no one,not even at the front desk, willing or able to speak to me about a refund for the second night I paid for. Completely unprofessional. The surrounding area is depressing and offers nothing worth staying for. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else."

"The accommodation is absolutely perfect — a dream home one could only wish to own! It is impeccably equipped with high-end appliances and everything is so well maintained. The hot tub right by the sea, with the sound of the waves in the background, is simply idyllic. We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Sunshine Coast.
