« James is a wonderful host, always there to greet with A smile and a reserve spot on the street. Looks after the blinds outside when it gets a little warm air conditioning is always on when needed. There's a fan in the room. Perfect little spot if you're staying in Coquitlam or on a business »

« Vicky is a really fantastic host. Her communications were clear & helpful, and she answers questions immediately!The unit itself is cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate, the bed comfortable. There's a portable "closet" that contains everything you might need, including extra pillows & blankets. The kitchenette is well stocked, there's in suite laundry if needed, and the pull out couch was remarkably comfortable as well.All in all, highly recommended. I especially appreciate a host...

« The accommodation was very clean and cozy. It is set up well for a short or long stay. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to use the hot tub, but if you have the time, it is a great bonus. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, a very nice experience. »

« Nice small apartment with everything we needed. There is a bus stop right by the apartment with a free shuttle every 20 minutes to the center of the village, shops and lifts. »

« This condo, located right by the Blackcomb Gondola, was so perfect for 9 people. The adults loved having their own bathrooms. The kids loved the bunk room! The kitchen was very equip. The location was perfect. Steps away from the slopes. Would definitely stay here again! »

« We've stayed at the Cascade Lodge a number of times over the years so are familiar with the property, location and amenities. All are great - it's very close to town for restaurants, bars, groceries etc. The pool is huge, the 2 hot tubs are clean and... hot ;) The unit itself looks to be very recently renovated. Very clean, bright and modern. Bed was comfy, but our kids said the sofabed was not the best. Our only complaint was that the unit faces onto Highway 99, with large trees blocking the...

« Great place to stay while we were in town for a few days. Appreciated how quickly Tony replied to my questions before arriving and while we were there. Kitchenette was a great bonus for us to cook for ourselves - oven, dishwasher, and all other appliances were in great condition. Very firm mattress and very thin pillows - took a while to find a comfortable way to sleep so if you need to elevate your head maybe bring an extra pillow or neck support. »

"Stay was great overall. The rooms are spacious et clean, although I did find hair in the bathroom when we came in, which was a bit offputting. The hotel is nice, but could use some renos. The lobby is a bit hard to navigate and one of the elevators was broken for multiple days, which made it time consuming to go up to our room each time. The hot springs and the spa were great, clean and the long hours access to the pools allowed multiple visits, even while staying only 1 night. I also had a great experience getting a facial at the spa. The breakfast buffet at the Lakeside Restaurant is also very good and offers a large selection of options. My only suggestion would be to offer more dairy free and gluten free options. I would recommend the resort to friends for sure! "
