« A great cottage to stay. Quality and modern furnishings. Floor heating and two bathrooms were great. Well furnished kitchen and plenty of space. Felt really at home. Initial directions to get there could have been better, but contacted manager by phone and he was waiting for us. Quiet area and secure with locked gate at front. Would recommend. »

« For a three bedroom (sleeps six) cottage this is great value. It's generally in satisfactory condition. OK, the garden and cottage could do with sprucing up a bit but it's a good place to stay. There is plenty of car parking space around the back, and a large village (Kelsall) two miles away »

« We went to stay with friends for a couple of nights to catch up and see more friends nearby. We had a wonderful time. Amy made us feel really welcome through her messages in advance and we really appreciated the welcome basket of goodies she had left for us. The cottage was beautiful, clean, and everything we needed. The log fired hot tub was a real treat and we barely left the cottage the whole time, except to walk round the locks and back. « Had a great few days with 3 generations of the family. House is large and has almost everything you need. The games table was used a lot and many laughs were had. It’s at the entrance to a caravan site but the area was very quiet. The staff were friendly and didn’t intrude at all. Would stay again if going to that area. »
