« As a group we stayed in two of the cottages set in beautiful surroundings. Our host was there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. Both cottages were well equipped, clean and well presented. Having the use of the pool and hot tub was brilliant for the younger members, although both and the areas around them are in need of some upgrading. Quite expensive compared to other accommodation we have booked throughout the year. »

« We absolutely loved staying here as it had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, roomy living room with a sofa each and a private enclosed garden perfect for our dog. Great area as it was a short walk to the beach so we left the car behind some days. I would recommend the walk to Sutton on Sea and a stop at the Ice Rock cafe - amazing food..We had brilliant weather but if it is awful the book, toy, game library room is a really lovely touch. »

« It's a hidden gem!! It's so peaceful and with beautiful surroundings. Victoria and Tim are very kind and friendly. We loved visiting the pond and seeing the moorhens and theirs chick's. The area itself is quite centralised, so we were able to visit many places by car in about 30 minutes. We loved our stay so much, I would definitely recommend this exquisite converted church, thank you for making us feel so welcome. »

« Absolutely fantastic caravan, the owners have thought of everything from welcome packs for ourselves and our four legged friends, even dog beds and towels and a umbrella if you need it. It was immaculately clean with everything you need including washer and dishwasher, there is a full size bath which is unusual in a caravan. The private enclosed garden was the icing on the cake we could have the patio door open and our dog loved people watching and knowing she couldn't stray from the garden was...

" On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were not refilled, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel where better service and cleanliness are expected."
