« The communication with the owners from booking to arrival was excellent, the property has got everything you could ever need including hairdryer, shampoo and body wash, cleaning products, tea and coffee, the shower is excellent and under floor heating in the bathroom a bonus! « The cottage by mode were very clean and spacious. However it was cold and uncomfortable in the mornings and evenings. No other form of heating in the lounge i.e a fire Beds uncomfortable because two singles pushed together which easily moved. Fix the heating and the beds and I would give it 5 stars »

« We loved our time staying at Midsummer Barn. The pictures online do not do it justice. It has character and charm. It is spacious and comfortable and well equipped for everything a family needs for time away. There were fresh eggs and cider to welcome us which was a lovely touch. « The lounge left side window was taped up and rags placed on the sill to prevent water etc the central window pane was cracked in 2 place. There were mould issues throughout the property, it wasn’t clean and there was a wire hanging loose I have photo evidence. The discrepancy between the actual property and the advertised description was totally different »

« Lovely big house with plenty of room. Each room has its own sink and was probably an old guest house. Cooking implements were a little basic but overall we had a great time despite the 80mhp storm »
