« The room was beautifully clean and decorated well and had an en-suite bathroom and toilet. Very happy with the room and amenities. Unfortunately the owner had forgotten we were coming even though I had phoned her the night before. We arrived and spent 15 minutes in the dark and cold (3C) knocking on the door . No answer. No lights on. I tried ringing the mobile number 7x. Eventually it was picked up - she was at the gym! She told us how to get in, which was a relief as we were just about to go...

« Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...
