"Hôtel parfaitement situé avec un arrêt de bus devant et non loin de l’arrêt de train de Blackheath , chambre grande et confortable, bonne literie , avec vue sur le parc, très bon petit déjeuner anglais copieux et varié Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir "

"Disappointing experience — not family-friendly I booked a room for two nights. On the second night, I had to host my 8-year-old son unexpectedly, as his father had an emergency. The reception told me that the room I was in couldn’t accommodate an extra bed, so I had to pay an additional £100 to move to another room — same size, and still without an extra bed. Only after I strongly insisted did they finally bring one. Considering the already high nightly rate, paying £100 more for the same space felt unreasonable. Very little understanding or flexibility for a child. Definitely not a human-centred or family-friendly hotel."

Aussi l’hygiène de la piscine reste à désirer car certains clients se mouchent dans l’eau. Nous n’avons pas osé aller dans l’eau."
