« The house was all set up and clean on arrival. 5 excellent bedrooms and sufficient toilet and shower facilities. Ideal for group gatherings. Excellent lounge seating, kitchen and dining table to easily sit all 10 of us. Lots of local walks and pubs available. A great find! »

« Lovely farm house which was an excellent backdrop for a family celebration that covered four generations. Dog friendly as well for twelfth member of the group.Superbly renovated with plenty of space and very clean and well equipped. « We had a lovely time staying at butts farm, the rooms were a lovely size and suitable for all 10 of us. All the bedding and towels were clean and the kitchen was fully functional the house is Close to shops (a big Tesco and Aldi!) lots of restaurants (that cater for gluten free and vegan!) and we used the local swimming pool which the kids loved. Everyone wants to come back again next year! Thank you again »

« Fantastic stay, the house was perfect and stunning scenery right on the doorstep (albeit the fog tried to ruin it). Our first Christmas at a neutral location, took some planning but it worked out very well, the kitchen was great with all the equipment you could need. Loved the Aga too.
