« Excellent communication and instructions. Apartment was warm and welcoming on arrival with Christmas decorations, hamper, and a bottle of wine chilling, all very much appreciated. Clean, tastefully decorated and spacious, we were very comfortable. Great location for shops, restaurants, and exploring Teignmouth. Car park carries any time after 4pm to the next day meaning you don't have to go out early to get another ticket. Made for a perfect stay. »

« Our group was myself and my sister with our husbands. Perfect to have 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, with a large table and comfortable couch. The kitchen is amply supplied, everything was clean, well explained, and enjoyable. You can't beat the location and the view. We even had gorgeous weather and some lovely strolls around town. Only downsides are taking luggage up the narrow staircase and having to park off property, but those are not bad tradeoffs and can't be helped. We really enjoyed our stay...

« This is a very clean home that had what we needed during our holiday. Naveed was very easy to deal with and had great communication. It’s worth noting that this is a flat upstairs from a convenient store and mechanic shop. We were fine with it, but it does add a level of noise to being in the flat and/or having your windows open. »
