« Very basic accommodation in need of a complete redecoration/refit. Upstairs bathroom shower waste was blocked caused a small flood. Flat above an off licence, in a dreary street. OK for one night if passing though. »

« Comfortable, clean and cosy flat, supplied with everything you need for a lovely holiday, a great place to return to after a days excursion. Ideally located for visits to Dartmoor, Torquay, Brixham, Shaldon Teignmouth and all the South Hams area. Stokeinteinhead is a pretty village with a great Pub serving good reasonably priced food with plenty of variety for all tastes. I recommend the Otter beer if you re a beer drinker. Parking OK on narrow roads so typical of Devon. Five stars from us. »

« Communication leading up to stay was fantastic. Love the dedicated app with lots of useful information about the property and surrounding area. Property was lovely and clean and an ideal location to explore the local area. Facilities were fantastic, use of the hot tub, pool and sauna were just what we needed. Would definitely recommend »

« A really lovely apartment, tastefully furnished and comfortable with nice bed linen and towels. There was plenty of space for our 2 year old granddaughter to run around. There were a few things missing when we arrived - no kitchen roll, hand wash, dishwasher tablets etc but these were delivered the next day with a bottle of Prosecco which was very welcome! There was a broken lightbulb in the smaller bedroom which was promptly replaced while we were out. There were no instructions about recycling...

« The location of this apartment is excellent - right in the middle of the town. The facilities inside the apartment are well thought-out, and the decoration is bright. The windows offer good ventilation, and allow light in, which bathes the rooms in natural light. Lovely! »
