« convient & central to everything & also nice & quiet. »

« Nice property good pub near by with good food enjoyed our stay. »

« Prachtige locatie! Uitstekende ondersteuning door host. Aanwezigheid van Tesco is meerwaarde, en toch geen hinder van. »

« The perfect size place for our two couples, and wonderfully located to the water and primary commercial district. Extremely comfortable beds, and the place was fully stocked with everything we could need to enjoy our time in Whitstable. The owner clearly identifies the steepness of the stairs (which they are), but at no time did they impact our enjoyment of the space. If you are looking for a good value in the location you want to be, stop looking and book your stay here! »

« “Sams snug” was absolutely perfect and very close to most places. It was very clean and had everything you needed . The hosts Nicola and Araon were perfect hosts. Would definitely book to stay here again »

« A lovely stay in a perfectly-located cottage tucked away. Nicely decorated and perfect amount of space for 1-2 guests. »

« Pond Cottage is very quiet and surrounded by lovely countryside. The property was very clean , well equipped and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed two excellent meals at Frasers Restaurant a couple of hundred yards away. This worked so well as one of us was on crutches. And our lively dog enjoyed some wonderful walks in the surrounding fields. Thank you for a really excellent few days break. »

« We had a week at Poppy cottage and it did not disappoint. The cottage was clean and comfortable and we stayed in the heatwave but the cottage stayed lovely and cool. The location is fantastic for pubs and the beach and we had some very beautiful scenic walks. We loved kingsdown so much we are thinking of moving there. 10 out of 10 stay »

« Beautiful house in a quiet area. Garden was amazing and the pool was a big hit! The cleanliness though was very poor. When the sun shone, the cobwebs over the fireplace etc were shocking! Slug trails on the rugs most mornings. Dead flies in the display cabinet. The house just needs a really good cleaning blitz and then it would be much more comfortable. It also needs at least one electric shower, or at the very least, wall mounted showers as it’s very hard to hold a hand held one whilst...
