« The property was falsely advertised as 7 bedrooms when it was 6 bedrooms. The house was very untidy and sheets were not washed. Used toilet paper was even found in drawers. We had to clean up ourselves as soon as we got there. Even though photo evidence was submitted to Vrbo, they could not get the host to compensate for at least the false advertising. This is where I believe Vrbo was complicit. Poor customer service. NEVER USING Vrbo AGAIN. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. »

« We have stayed here twice and booked again for next year. Its a lovely house, close to all amenities, very clean and tidy.A couple of issues. No room for our recycling in the bins and rug in the front room was dangerous. 3 of us spilt hot drinks when we went to sit down on the sofe and it slid and knocked us off our feet.But we love it Thank you »

« The property was in a very good location , close to the city and all amenities . I did not drive there myself, however one of my friends did and luckily found parking nearby, it is worth pointing out that the cottage is in a cul de sac and the street itself is very narrow with parking either side so needs to be figured into your stay. I just think it worth the mention - this did not affect our overall stay and enjoyment of being in Worcester. A well equipped kitchen and all the necessary...

« We had a wonderful stay at Glebe Cottage. We could not fault anything. Communications and directions were clear. The cottage was immaculate and well presented with beautiful views. Having the use of the hot tub was also a bonus. Highly recommend. »

« The host experience was excellent, they were very helpful and we have no issue with the management company. When we arrived after travelling 12hrs with 2 small children and a baby the house had no heating or hot water on. We arrived at 10.30pm, the floors were all sticky and the smell of urine when we opened the front door was shocking and we didn’t expect that!We had to wash the floors so the children could play safely. Again not what we expected. The double bed had no mattress or pillow...
