« Good potential but had to negotiate for access to swimming and breakfast on check-in (which was part of listing in the first place!). Quite embarrasing to have to do this in front of other guests in the line when it should have been straight forward. Family enjoyed the stay in the end thankfully. The image of the Hydro-Spa should be removed as its an extra fees. »

« The cottage by mode were very clean and spacious. However it was cold and uncomfortable in the mornings and evenings. No other form of heating in the lounge i.e a fire Beds uncomfortable because two singles pushed together which easily moved. Fix the heating and the beds and I would give it 5 stars »

« The lodge was lovely. Clean, tidy, well equipped & well looked after. The only bad thing was the weather. We must have picked the worst few days of the year. 😏 »

« The house was bright and airy with a proper seaside feel to it. There was bread and milk provided when you arrived which was nice to not have to mess around getting them at the last minute. There was a fan available and it was very warm so this was welcome. The bed was comfortable and it was great that we could take our dog and there was plenty of room in the yard for him. « The accommodation is very well equipped and had everything that we needed for our stay. It was like a home from home and has been very well thought out. The house is just a short walk from a large supermarket, bus station and selection of bars and restaurants. Our family took a bus into Liverpool and also toured North Wales and went to Chester Zoo nearby during our stay. We would highly recommend this property. »

« We stayed 2 nights here, the hot tub was clean and ready for when we arrived. The bed was very comfy! And everything was clean and tidy. The pod was Warm cosy and very private. The hamper was a cute addition! They provide a book of local things to do and places to eat which was helpful. They are things to do near by like lockdown escape rooms, Liverpool and Southport. Plenty of Ubers around too! We had a lovely few nights away x »
