« Soon as we get to our room the hallway and the room had a very bad weed odor, we reported to the receptionist straight away.. peoples were slamming the doors all night , room was dirty , and the bathroom was disgusting hairs around the sink , on the walls around the shower … this hotel is just awful »

« Porte de douche ne fermait pas correctement de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain. Peut de choix au niveau tv. »

« Je suis arrivé pour motif professionnel ,et j’ai demandé à la réception si le parking était payant et si oui de le mettre sur ma chambre ou de me dire comment faire. On m’a répondu que c’était bon et qu’il n’y avait besoin de rien. J’ai trouvé que c’était bizarre , en plus à la fin de mon séjour une autre personne à la réception m’a demandé de renseigner la plaque de ma voiture . Au final j’ai reçu une amende de parkingeye ! Pas très correct. »

« The host was there to greet us which was nice and gave us a tour of the property. The room we stayed in was clean and very spacious and had a lovely big bathroom ( maybe consider a rail in the shower to hold on to) as well as a big sofa in the bedroom to chill. There is not kettle in the room however it's a short walk to the communal kitchen for to make a cuppa or food. Your allocated a shelf in the fridge to store food. We had 2 chihuahuas with us and they had a lovely space to run about as...

« Had a very good stay at The Royal Albert, keypad entry to entrance stairwell and room, recently decorated staircase to room on second level no lift. The room was very clean and comfortable with modern bathroom both recently renovated with tea and coffee facilities , all that we needed. Only downside was that we stayed on a Saturday night and breakfast wasn’t available until 11.30 the following morning which didn’t fit in with our plans.
