« We had a lovely 2 night stay here with friends during October half term. The house is really cosy (so well-insulated), comfortable and well appointed for a group gathering. There are comfy sofas, a large dining table and a well equipped kitchen. We loved the hot tub too and there are several bathrooms, including three en suite, so we never felt on top of each other as a group of 8. « This property was fantastic. Clean, great amenities, perfect location. On the edge of the caravan park so super quiet with lovely views. Only a few mins walk to the beach, where you can also get a £2 bus into Rye every hour (or a £15 taxi but make sure to call and book in advance). Ross was a very responsive host who helped with our every need. Would recommend and would stay again! »
