« 接待人員睡覺，按了很多次鈴聲，才醒來，讓我們等了很久。房間臭蟲真的很多，並不是不能接受大自然的蟲，但感覺老闆沒有想要處理。員工抽煙，旅館內都是煙味。室外溫泉水溫不夠，出去泡湯很冷，接待人員搞不清楚房間人數，我們到了以後才開始鋪床，用品也是少很多東西，是一間非常不推薦的旅館，我還看到有人直接不住了，逃離這個旅館。如果沒有旅館，建議住附近的飯店，也不要選這一家旅館 »

« We had a wonderful stay at this lovely ryokan. Our room (toki) was beautiful with every creature comfort we could ask for. It is minutes away from the main bus stop and has plenty of food options. The Happo one slopes are not too far away, but would recommend having a car to get around if you want to try other slopes »

« the staff was so sweet and helped us out with all of our needs, even though i was on vacation his kindness made it felt like we were back home. The rooms were small however it was only meant for sleeping and the futons were SO comfortable »

« Amazing staff very attentive and helpful. The room, the onsen are very clean and well maintained. The food was amazing. Steps from a couple of conbinis and good restaurants. Only slight downside is that it’s a bit of a walk (20 min) or a short drive to Goryu ski resort. It’s a 15min cab ride to Happo. Didn’t find the public buses to be as easy or convenient to use so we used cabs or walk. »

« Lovely place to stay. Cute ryokan style room with own toilet and sink. Onsen downstairs was ok but there are lots of onsens to explore in area for bathing after skiing. Location was excellent. A short walk to main Happo bus terminal. Also very short walk to Hakuba Valley Shuttle bus stop and skiing at Nakiyama slope. Not much of a walk to Happo Gondola either. Really enjoyed our stay with fresh matcha tea making stuff every day as well as a little treat - usually a kitkat or mandarin :) »
