« We only had 1 night but we left wishing we could stay. The flat was lovely and clean and had everything we could want. The bed is super comfy. Bathroom was a good size shower was excellent. Check in was so easy. I met the gentleman and his 2 lovely boys and was sorry we didn’t see them when we left. Highly recommend. »

« I booked what was advertised as a hotel-standard studio, but when I arrived, I was told my room was not ready and was asked to wait outside in the cold for over an hour. Eventually, I was placed in a different building in a student accommodation tower, not the studio I booked. The room was dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. There was no toilet paper or towels, forcing me to go to a shop just to use the bathroom, and I couldn’t shower because...

« Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen. »
