« Great views from the bar and garden, and perhaps some rooms though not ours as we were facing out the back. Rooms are clean and functional but nothing to write home about, with bathrooms not dissimilar to the toilets in a school 20 years ago. Nevertheless, a good night's rest and great location if you're playing golf and the nearby Cleeve Hill golf course. »

« We were in the "old" part of the hotel and absolutely loved the quaintness & "creaky floorboards" of this place, but some may not - not sure if the annexe has these, maybe not. The room was pleasant, clean & the beds were very comfortable. We would have liked a couple more electrical sockets. The receptionists, waitress who served us breakfast were all lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I have experienced for years in the UK and exceptional value for money.
