« We really enjoyed our stay in Lincoln and found lots to do. Property about a 20 minute walk to the centre and nice to walk through the Arboretum. Hot tub was fun and pretty well maintained but property itself quite run down and poor attention to detail (no batteries in TV remote, freezer unusable as so frosted up, no dishwasher etc...I'm a holiday cottage owner myself and think about the quality we offer and the welcome pack we always include; this was barely adequate in comparison. »

« We stayed for one night as we had tickets to see Texas at Lincoln Castle and wished we had booked for longer. It's perfect for 2 people or 2 couples, the decor is lovely, it's spotlessly clean and well placed for local pubs etc, with a taxi to the castle just 8. The beds were very comfy and our host left lots of bread etc as the co-op next door is closed at the moment. A really relaxing place to stay just four miles from the city. »

« Gary and Nicola we very welcoming We had a most enjoyable stay.The house is new and well equipped it is warm and comfortable the sofa could be a little bit more comfortable but we were not there a lot. The beds were comfortable The garden was secure and well maintained for our little dog the house is warm and has a large drive it is a 20 min walk into Lincoln on the flat. « From the get go the communications with the owners were excellent. The Coach House is alittle gem in Lincolnshire. Everything you would need for a holiday, superb bedding comfortable beds. The bathroom was lovely one of our guests was over 6ft and he loved that he could sit properly in the bath. Kitchen had all the utensils you would ever need , nice and warm with the aga going which was so in keeping and I didn't burn anything ! Absolutely fabulous stay with our 2dogs.
