« We were 6 adults an 5 children between 4 and 8 years old. Being in this house made life easier for us, especially for breakfast and evening meals with the children, or when we needed to rest. Our host communicated with us very proactively, which was very pleasant. »

« Need more glassware in the kitchen. Need good instructions for the kitchen appliances for people who are not from the UK and don’t know exactly how these work. Need a bit more clarity on the bedroom and bathroom set up. Need to include that the property does have an elevator that goes up to the third level. »

« Probably as good a price you can get for a large group. This property does the job - but fair warning, the parking permit provided was not accepted by the parking management company. We got a £100 ticket on the 3rd day of our stay, and the hosts told us that there was no issue with the permit provided because we didn't get a ticket on the prior days! The parking company does not seem to agree! The host have not helped us resolve this and are not responding in a timely manner. »

« Personne n’a répondu au téléphone, les habitants des lieux ont essayé d’appeler les responsables , le responsable n’a pas trouvé la réservation expedia, expedia ne répond pas, nous avons du repartir avec le dernier train histoire de ne pas passer la nuit dehors avec un enfant de 2 ans. »
