« Everything about our stay was lovely! Zarifa was a great host with fast replies on communication. The house was cleaned spotless, looked just like the photos, and was very comfortable for our multi-generational trip. « Probably as good a price you can get for a large group. This property does the job - but fair warning, the parking permit provided was not accepted by the parking management company. We got a £100 ticket on the 3rd day of our stay, and the hosts told us that there was no issue with the permit provided because we didn't get a ticket on the prior days! The parking company does not seem to agree! The host have not helped us resolve this and are not responding in a timely manner. »

« We had a wonderful week staying in this house. Very quiet and safe location. The house itself had everything we needed, excellent wifi, kitchen, washing machine and dryer. A lovely garden. It has 2 bathrooms and three toilets. It was very secure, with sensor lights at the front door. It is very close to the bus stop, short walk to West Finchley Underground. And there is a nearby laneway up to Finchley shops, with lots of small shops and a SuperTesco. We were contacted a couple of times to ensure...

"J'ai passé 6 nuits dans cet hôtel. Le personnelles était très sympathique, Chambre propre et fonctionnel pratique avec literie confortable salle de bain bien équipé avec grandes baignoire, chambre calme Piscine propre à la bonne temperature saunahammam,salle de sport bien équipé . Petit déjeuner très bon et variésauf le bécon trop salé. pas trop loin du centre ville et de beaucoup de monument. Petit point négatifJe n'avais pas devue chambre en intérieur,dommage ,et presque tous les matins la chambre à côté, la porte s'ouvrait toutes les 2 minutes à 5h30.Je ne sais pas s'il faisait le ménage mais je voyais un chariot devant la chambre."

"Hôtel idéalement situé dans un quartier très sécurié où il y a de nombreux sièges de banques. Le métro est très proche. Bars et restaurants aux alentours, de même que des épiceries. Appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est optimisée. Des matériaux de qualité, tout comme l'électroménager. Un très belle découverte proche de Londres sans y être en plein centre. Si vous allez à l'O2, il y a une seule station de métro à prendre."

Le ménage de la chambre était plutôt moyen ( poussière, trace de main sur le miroir salle de bain …. ) et le ménage n’est pas réalisé tous les jours même avec la veilleuse ménage activée. La piscine est acceptable mais se réserve par créneau au préalable."

"My stay in May was unfortunately catastrophic, mainly because of several serious issues. On the day of our departure, a housekeeper woke us up at 8 a.m. to clean the room, which was particularly unpleasant. We also had a plumbing problem that caused water to flood the bathroom floor. On arrival, the toilet flush was not working, and we had to call a repairman to fix it. However, my most recent stay in August was absolutely fantastic, and this was probably largely due to the fact that I was given one of the renovated rooms. The welcome was perfect, and the receptionist greeted me in French — a big thank you to her for that! The room was clean, well laid out, and very quiet. I was also very happy to see that it had a shower rather than a bathtub, unlike the older rooms still found in the hotel. It is clear that the renovation has brought a real upgrade in terms of comfort and quality. The only minor negative point was that the plumbing made some noise after the toilet was flushed, but this was a very small issue compared with the overall quality of my stay. Overall, I am really satisfied with my most recent experience and very pleased to see the improvements made to the hotel. The renovated rooms make a real difference!"
