« Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. »

« As a group travelling with kids for sports activities, we really appreciated this beautiful english house. Although the bedrooms can accommodate around 14 people, please note that the dining room table can seat around 8-9 people, as well as 2 at the bar. Very practical are the 3 wc-showers available and the 2 parking spaces in front of the house. The host was very helpful and the house corresponded perfectly to the description. »

« The owner never responded to us with check in information. I finally got ahold of VRBO support and they were unable to contact the owner either and cancelled our reservation while I was at the airport leaving for our flight. VRBO support gave us options that were over twice the price. We had to stay at a hotel that was very expensive and we lost the use of a kitchen which meant we had to eat out. »

« The property is great, it's so nice to rent a property that has proper sized bedrooms, and a decent sitting area for everyone, often the seating/sofa options are limited!The house was generally clean, there were a few detailed bits that could have been cleaner but I'm probably being picky here. « We had a very enjoyable stay at Zarza House. Very clean with good outdoor space. It was a great base to visit Harry Potter Studios and only 25 mins into London on the train. Lots of places to eat at the Galleria - less than 10 mins walk away. »
