« The place was extremely smelly. Very very bad odor. The beds sheets were not clean. Kitchen was dusty. Seems it wasn't used for a while. There were not enough towels. »

« the location was excellent for what I needed, was mainly there to play the Goliath poker tournament at the CBS arena ,this was a short walk away. local shops were also within walking distance, so extremely useful when it came to stocking up on supplies. there were a few little niggles about the property but nothing that would stop me from staying there again »

« Stayed here for 2 nights recently. House actually looked better than the photos. Lots of space with plenty of towels / cutlery / glasses / plates etc. lovely quiet street within walking distance of Loughborough. would 100% stay here again. I have removed one star as the thermostat on the shower could do with being checked. Unfortunately the only temperate was scalding hot which made it difficult to shower but I’m sure that’s an easy fix for the host. Thanks so much for the stay! »

« As described, this house has a very old feel and if you take time to read the information you get a real feel for the house and its history.We had everything we needed for a lovely comfortable stay with family joining us, the location had some lovely walks in a very charming village, a perfect get away. Communication with Lynn was quick and slightly earlier check in was appreciated with the hot weather for my parents. We had Olly our dog with secure garden he enjoyed exploring safely. »

« We had a great time. I hired the venue for my relaxed hen do, the location was close to the station for public transport and easy to get to by car. Social space was great, we had dinner together and chilled in the evening with enough space for everyone to sit down. The owner was lovely and checked we had everything we needed. It was a lovely weekend! »
