« Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect. »

« Lovely, clean and comfortable property with everything you need for a enjoyable stay. Position on the park is good; just a few minutes walk to the main centre. Not a brilliant amount to do at the park itself, but a great base to explore the Cotswold's from. Communication from the host was excellent from the point we booked it to the day we left. »

« Very lovely place, just how you would picture a countryside cottage to be! Great location. It’s private, tucked away near the entrance of Bourton-on-the-water, away from the crowds that’s visiting the village during the day. We enjoyed the short walk into the center of the village without worry about fighting for parking. It’s a perfect spot to base in the Cotswolds, and convenient to drive around to visit other villages. Highly recommended! »

« The Rectory was a wonderful location for our annual family birthday/get together. Everything was perfect and Jane left us a lovely card and birthday cake which was much appreciated. We all loved the log fire in the evening while we played board games and it was great to have a table everyone could sit around and eat together. The grandchildren loved the pool and picking apples from the orchard for apple pie. It was an idyllic retreat. »

« The house is fabulous. It’s immaculately presented. The facilities are all excellent. The attention to detail is great - expensive shower products and hand washes in all bathrooms, the kitchen is really well equipped with high quality utensils and equipment (not like some places who’ve stocked up on the cheap) There were fresh flowers in all rooms. « We could not have picked a more picturesque house, perfect setting, and beautiful interior for our family of six gathering. It was absolutely perfect, and while there were numerous tourists in the daytime, many of them, taking photos of the house, come evening and morning the tourists disappeared for the most part. The house is so well equipped, and it was truly the best house we’ve ever rented on VRBO. You can’t imagine a more pictures house or setting in the Cotswolds. »
