« We spent a relaxing 2 weeks in this gorgeous period cottage. Dawn and Bette were excellent hosts and have attended to every need. Comfortable bedding, quiet and very cosy surroundings. Although only a couple of minutes from the main street it is very private and quiet. We made an excellent choice, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a base in the Cotswolds. »

« Loved this little place! It’s walking distance to all the shops. You really have to be okay climbing a latdder up to bed. My husband and I thought it was cute and part of the experience. The bathroom is downstairs, so if you frequent the bathroom multiple times at night the ladder could get tricky. »

« The cottage has a great location to profit of the nature and peace. The view from the cottage is beautiful. And Jean is a great host. Listening and attention for her guests look important and we thank her. »

« Thank you so much, we had a lovely stay with our chihuahua, the property is much bigger than it looks in the pics and was very clean when we arrived, the courtyard is lovely and secure and the location is perfect. The beds are also really comfy!!! »

« It was such a wonderful experience and a memorable stay in lower slaughter. very easy drive to other villages. It had everything you need to prepare your meals although we didn’t use it. The mansion near by is worth seeing. Everybody was kind and friendly. The owner was prompt to answer questions on location when we mistakenly arrived to the wrong spot, my bad, had clear instruction how to access the cottage whitch i gave to my daughter that opened it. made her feel like Sherlock Holmes:)) ...

« Andrew's place is finished to a very high standard plus has loads of nice touches to the interior design that make it very homely and comfortable. The welcome pack means you have everything you need to kick off and the kitchen is very well equipped.The location is great, being close to Cirencester and lots of Cotswold attractions. Andrew is a great host, very welcoming and lots of advice to avoid the crowds.I can thoroughly recommend his place to would-be holiday makers to the area! »

« Thank you for providing a home-like setting for our Canadian family of 5 while we explored the Cotswolds. Beautiful scenery at every turn and all the amenities needed for our stay were available and easily accessible. Our three very active boys (ages 9, 11 & 13) were able to spread out into the large spacious rooms and burn off their energy at the community soccer pitch down the hill. We loved being close to nature and exploring the Forest of Dean as well. »

« Magnifique cottage, très tres cosy avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir chez soi. Superbes prestations. Tres calme, très bien placé par rapport au village de Broadway, un de nos préférés au sein des Cotswolds. Très belles balades à pied dans la campagne environnante , et plusieurs chouettes pubs aux environs, accessibles à pied aussi. A recommander vivement pour une superbe semaine de detente à l’anglaise. »

"Séjour très sympathique, l'équipe est super agréable et compréhensive par rapport à notre faible aisance orale. Le petit déjeuner est incroyablement bon et vaut largement les 15£ par personne ! Dommage que l'accès à la piscine soit payant, je n'ai pas fait attention lors de ma réservation, ça reste un hôtel assez aisé."

"The room leaves something to be desired, when we arrived it was very very difficult to find the location. The door outside the room was open. There is an unpleasant smell. In addition, the carpet is very dirty. There are cracks in the wall. What about the bathroom fan, there is so much foam, surely contaminated. The bed not very clean. In addition, our room is located opposite a front door. It's not worth the number of stars given. For deluxe room!"

"Tres bel hotel entoure d'un parc magnifique. Personnel aimable et à l'ecoute, propreté irreprochable, petits déjeuners excellents. Neanmoins, espace insuffisant pour les vêtements, wifi faible et instable, pas de robinet melangeur au lavabo, pas de brosse à WC, eclairage aveuglant dans la salle de bains. Rien d'insurmontable, mais a ameliorer."
