« Host did not send any pre-details. When I finally got in touch on the mobile number they advised the property was no longer available. However the full cost was still taken by hotels.com
Either the host is in the wrong or hotels.com is, but either way I was left with no accommodation and a £200 bill for literally nothing. Do not book. Absolute scam. »

« Nice cottage, excellent location, quick response from hosts when something was needed, however the property itself could be greatly improved e.g strong smell of oil in the garden and kitchen, and wear and tear of various items around the house including the travel cot and kitchen table. »
