« Very happy overnight stay in a family room for a family of four. Very homely atmosphere, the hotel is an older building so a bit quirky but nothing to detract from being comfortable. Played table tennis and pool on the small & unbalanced table - all good fun for non-serious players. Food was good too. »

« Not very welcoming team, the room is just disgustingly dirty, mould on the ceiling of the bathroom and the tiles joints are full of mould. the room has certainly not seen a vacuum cleaner for ages. There's NO EXCUSE for such dirt. A pity as it could be a nice place, but it's a NO GO in these conditions »

« Staff were really friendly and kind, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, loved the coffee machine and generous pods provided and size of mugs was great. Bed was amazingly comfy! had a lovely nights sleep. Food was excellent! good portions, value for money and really tasty. Thanks to the Miners team for a really great stay! »
