« Not very welcoming team, the room is just disgustingly dirty, mould on the ceiling of the bathroom and the tiles joints are full of mould. the room has certainly not seen a vacuum cleaner for ages. There's NO EXCUSE for such dirt. A pity as it could be a nice place, but it's a NO GO in these conditions »

« Constant noise and heavy fire doors banging until midnight, got woken up by people in the hallway leaving at 6am. The room had a green fire exit light that couldn’t turn off so the room was always lit up even with the other lights off. The lamp in the room was broken. Absolutely no soundproofing anywhere. Plenty of free parking though. Breakfast was included but not a great standard. Bathroom had paint peeling off the windowsills and the shower was slow to drain. There were shower amenities...

« Wonderful accommodations in a most beautiful part of our world. The building is very old and this is not perfect. For us it was perfect. An excellent breakfast each morning and dinner and pints in the evening. Plenty to see nearby. We look forward to visiting again. »

« Staff were really friendly and kind, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, loved the coffee machine and generous pods provided and size of mugs was great. Bed was amazingly comfy! had a lovely nights sleep. Food was excellent! good portions, value for money and really tasty. Thanks to the Miners team for a really great stay! »
