« We were not able to have breakfast at the allotted time as we had to be out at an event. However they were kind enough to leave us bacon sandwiches outside our room so we had something to eat »

« Not very welcoming team, the room is just disgustingly dirty, mould on the ceiling of the bathroom and the tiles joints are full of mould. the room has certainly not seen a vacuum cleaner for ages. There's NO EXCUSE for such dirt. A pity as it could be a nice place, but it's a NO GO in these conditions »

« Staff were really friendly and kind, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, loved the coffee machine and generous pods provided and size of mugs was great. Bed was amazingly comfy! had a lovely nights sleep. Food was excellent! good portions, value for money and really tasty. Thanks to the Miners team for a really great stay! »
