« Wonderful house and location »

« Small but cosy apartmant with a delighful garden. The host, Mattie, very helpful and welcoming. »

« House nice, but stay affected by host communication issues and didn’t get the house we paid for. Host has more than one property at Yachthaven. We were given access to Resolution, not the one in the website photos, Belle Isle. First time ever I had to ask VBROcare to get host to tell me where we were staying the next day. Received the information on morning of arrival. The host said there had been a “sprinkler issue”, and that she “should” be able to move us into Belle Isle (“best” property)...

« Would give 0 stars if possible. Host cancelled booking remotely via app at the time of arrival with no communication, after sending me all the access codes earlier that week and messaging me earlier that week about our stay. We enjoyed the pool room immensely too and the snug gave everyone the opportunity to watch their favourite teams on the TV. Although our...

« Pool, hot tub, and lovely rural location Very minor thing, but in the v hot weather, blinds for dining area would be great. »

« Recommendation enough that this was our second stay at Cambisgate. A wonderful property in every way and we would love to return. Sadly prices have been hiked so much by the owners that this now seems unlikely. But, if you can afford what they are asking then I would say this is truly a special place to stay and you'd not be disappointed. It feels like a home from home but with all the special touches none of us have in our own homes - like 6 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms (!) and a view to die...
