« The property was exactly as advertised, spacious, modern, and full of light with views of the countryside. It was very peaceful. We used the hot tub on Friday and Saturday evening and we were pleased to know that it was emptied and cleaned before our arrival. There were small touches which we appreciated. « We stayed in Lodge 11. Very happy with the size of the lodge, very spacious & most importantly, it was clean & tidy. Unfortunately it's a little tired in places, for example, a cracked Hob & chipped coffee table... For this reason, I can only give it 4*. The Hot Tub was immaculate, so hats off to whoever looks after the tubs.A couple of criticisms... « We were made very welcome by the owner Graham, everything supplied in the welcome pack, even dishwasher and washing tablets. Beautiful clean lodge with amazing views and very private. Hot tub is gorgeous after a long day of walking. Plenty of local walks but poorly sign posted through fields if you didn’t want to walk on the lanes or busy roads. Would probably drive to a location and walk rather than trek from lodge when we return which we are already planning for winter. »
