« Stunning lodge in a peaceful holiday park. We arrived slightly early and were asked to wait in the bar area by the friendly reception staff. The reception/bar/restaurant hub building looked modern and clean, and we were pleased to see there was a mini shop for the essentials and forgotten items!We were in a Dovedale Premier lodge, plot no 5. This was just up from reception on the first left. We loved this area as it was quiet. Parking was good, as our space was just at the bottom of our path...

« The only thing that was not 5star was the television as it kept losing it's signal the staff tried to fix it but it seems that the external mast had a problem for some reason or another. Did not spoil our holiday as everything else was fantastic. »

« We can see they do get quite a lot of use and so considering this fittings are good. The kitchen drawers were in need of a bit of tlc but again, I think that was just down to the amount of use. »

« It's a lovely lodge, clean and well-appointed. We greatly appreciated a bottle of Prosecco, cake, bread, milk, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The location is fantastic, quite rural but nearby towns are not far away and there is a garden centre within walking distance which has a cafe/restaurant. The grounds are kept very neat and tidy, and text messages from the staff to check that all was well were also appreciated. If you like swimming, a sauna, or an exercise place there is a building...
